Welcome to the website of Tri-Hard Sports Conditioning Systems!

Jason Gootman and Will Kirousis operate Tri-Hard Sports Conditioning Systems 
("Tri-Hard" for short). We have a deep passion for endurance sports and it is our goal to bring that passion, combined with our knowledge and experience, to you! 

We are dedicated to providing world-class coaching and education services for endurance athletes including triathletes, duathletes, road cyclists, mountain bike racers, and runners. We assist endurance athletes of all ages and all ability levels from beginner to professional in working towards and reaching their personal goals. Through expert guidance and superior service, we aim to create the most constructive and enjoyable athletic experience, both physically and mentally, for each athlete or group of athletes with whom we work. 

We accomplish this goal through:

  • Coaching -- We coach endurance athletes through our personalized coaching services.

  • Speaking -- We present custom seminars for endurance sports clubs/teams and other organizations.

  • Writing -- We write articles for internationally acclaimed journals, magazines, and websites covering endurance sports topics.

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Michael Bissanti of Boston, Mass. for his 10:38 finish at Ironman Florida!  

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Bruce Rayner of Holliston, Mass. for his 1:40 running of the Hyannis ½ Marathon, beating his 2007 time by six minutes! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Wendy Mader-Alvarez of Fort Collins, Colorado for her 10:41 finish at the Ironman World Championships!

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Angela Bancroft of Paris, Maine for her strong 35-39 age-group win and 5th-place overall women’s finish at the Lobsterman Olympic-Distance Triathlon, racing to a 2:24 finish! 


Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Jim Calvin of Lexington, Mass. for his 4:59 finish at the ½ Ironman World Championships in Clearwater, Florida! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Mike Morgan of Sacramento, Calif. for his solid 12:07 finish at the Vineman Ironman! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Mike Conrad of Cleveland, Ohio on his rock-solid 2:42 finish at the Akron Marathon (setting a PR)! 


We are proud to be continuing sponsoring several great local endurance-sports teams. We feel great to be building nice long-term collaborations with these fine teams! We are sponsoring the AIMTRITEAM, the Bay State Triathlon Team, the Providence Triathlon Team, Team Bikesenjava, Team Envision, Team Mercury Multisport, Team Rhode Island, the Wheelworks Multisport Team, and the Competitive Edge Masters Racing Team. Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Chris Tattrie of Watertown, Mass.for winning the Fiske Independent Race Management (FIRM) 2007 Grand Prix title in the males 35-39 category! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Alex Martinelli of Winchester, Mass. for his strong 4:37 performance at the ½ Ironman World Championships in Clearwater, Florida!


Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Jeff Mutter of Cumberland, R.I. for his 4:43 finish at the Miamiman ½ Ironman (1st-place 45-59 men) and for his recent 29:30 running of the Hangover Classic 5-Mile Run and his 1:02 running of the Foxboro 10-Mile Run! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Liz Hall of Merrimack, N.H. for her 1st-place overall women’s finishes at both the Give Peace a Chance Sprint-Distance Triathlon and the Eastman Sprint-Distance Triathlon!
