Jason Gootman and Will Kirousis operate Tri-Hard Endurance
Sports Coaching ("Tri-Hard" for short). We have a deep passion for endurance
sports and it is our goal to bring that passion, combined with our knowledge and
experience, to you!
We are dedicated to providing world-class coaching and education services for
endurance athletes including triathletes, duathletes, road cyclists, mountain
bike racers, and runners. We assist endurance athletes of all ages and all
ability levels from
beginner to professional in working towards and reaching their personal goals.
Through expert guidance and superior service, we aim to create the most constructive
and enjoyable athletic experience, both physically and
mentally, for each athlete or group of athletes with whom we work.
We accomplish this goal through:
- Coaching -- We coach endurance athletes through our
personalized coaching services.
- Speaking -- We present custom seminars for endurance sports
clubs/teams and other organizations.
- Writing -- We write articles for internationally acclaimed journals,
magazines, and websites covering endurance sports topics.

Cain of Boxford, Mass. for being named a USA Triathlon All-American in the 40-44 age group (she
was ranked 9th of 1,815 athletes in her age group)!
Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Mike Morgan of
Sacramento, Calif. for his 5:10 finish (18-minute PR) of the Wildflower ½
Ironman and for his 10:48 finish (19-minute PR) of Ironman Coeur
d’Alene!

to Tri-Hard athlete Emily Brock o Columbia, S.C. for her 1st-place overall women’s finish at the 6 Hours of Tsali Trails
Mountain Bike Race and for 10:15 finish (8th-place overall women) of the
Mohican 100 stop on the National Ultra Endurance Series!

Brookline, Mass. for his 2:07 finish (3rd-place overall men) of the Keuka Lake
Olympic-Distance Triathlon and for his 2:00 finish of the Mossman
Olympic-Distance Triathlon (3rd-place overall men)!
Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Susan Dupuis
of South Boston, Mass. for her 1:20 finish (7th-place 35-39 women, her first triathlon) of the
Webster Lake Sprint-Distance Triathlon and for her 1:42 finish (6th-place
35-39 women) at the Holliston Sprint-Distance Triathlon!

performance at the South Carolina Omnium Road Race (1st-place pro/cat 2 in
